Area Alert — Know When Homes Near You Sell in Scarborough & the GTA

Free email notifications when a home on your street sells, including what it actually sold for.

How it works

Three steps, then nothing to do

An area alert is a free email sent when a property near your address sells. Each one carries the sale price, the original asking price, days on market, and how the sale compares to others nearby — the same data used to price a home before listing it. No cost, no obligation to sell.

  1. Enter your address

Your address sets the alert radius. It is never published or shared.

  2. Nearby sales are tracked

MLS® sales around you are monitored as they close.

  3. You get the numbers

Sale price, days on market, and how it landed against asking.

Questions

Before you sign up

How much does an area alert cost?

Nothing. Alerts are free and there is no obligation to list your home.

How often will I get emails?

Only when a nearby home actually sells. In a typical Scarborough neighbourhood that is a few emails a month, fewer in quieter areas.

Can I see what my own home is worth?

Alerts show what neighbouring homes sold for, which is the best available benchmark. For a figure specific to your property, request a free home evaluation.

What happens to my address?

It sets the alert radius and nothing else. It is not published, sold, or shared, and you can unsubscribe from any alert.

Which areas are covered?

Scarborough, Markham, Ajax, Pickering, North York, Whitby and the wider GTA.

Do I have to be selling?

No. Most subscribers are simply tracking what their neighbourhood is doing.
